If it is not satisfactory in any way, please afford us the opportunity to please you. Custom made items (seals, certificates, gold embossed spine labels) will be corrected at our expense if we have not followed your written order. If a change is made by you after the original order has been made up a 'Re-do Kit' is available at your cost of $36.40.
